To generate personalized endurance training plans, we collect the following data types:

Heart rate, HRV, VO2 Max estimates, and sleep recovery metrics.

Power meter data (Watts), cadence, TSS, and speed profiles.

Course routes, elevation gain, and geographical training logs.

Name, email address, age, and equipment profiles.

02.Use of Data

We use your data to power the AI Coach Pro engine. Specifically:

Human coaches on our Elite plans may access your data to provide personalized video feedback and manual adjustments to your training calendar.

03.Data Sharing

"AI Coach Pro will NEVER sell your biometric or personal data to third-party advertisers."

Data is only shared when:

  • You explicitly authorize a connection to an external training platform.
  • It is required to process payments through our secure gateway (Stripe).
  • Necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect against fraud.

AI Coach Pro syncs with various external devices and platforms to collect your training data. This includes:

When you link these accounts, we only download the specific performance metrics needed for analysis. You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings.

All health and biometric data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 both in transit and at rest. We utilize SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers to ensure the physical and digital security of your athletic history.

You have full control over your data. Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

07.Children's Privacy

AI Coach Pro is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

08.Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notification within the mobile app.
