You acknowledge that while our AI tools are sophisticated, they are designed for performance optimization and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our service is intended for healthy individuals looking to improve their endurance performance. The platform's recommendations are generated based on the data you provide and historical performance trends.

By using AI Coach Pro, you acknowledge that your training plan is a dynamic, AI-generated guide. While the system can refine your plan based on your feedback and biometric data, the final decision to execute any session rests solely with you. The AI provides suggestions, not mandates.

Endurance training involves significant physical risk. If you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual fatigue, discontinue the workout immediately and seek medical attention. AI Coach Pro and its operators are not liable for injuries resulting from the use of AI-generated recommendations.

As a user of AI Coach Pro, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding your fitness level, health history, and performance metrics. Inaccurate data may lead to inappropriate training recommendations which could result in injury.

You agree to perform all exercises and training sessions in a safe environment using appropriate equipment. You are solely responsible for the safe execution of the training plans provided.

All content, including but not limited to training methodologies, AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of AI Coach Pro and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Coach Pro and its employees, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AI Coach Pro during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

AI Coach Pro operates on a subscription-based model. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Coach Pro is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
